Recording ahead while he is away in New York, Adam describes the quick, straightforward experience of early voting near home. He also shares progress on choosing the Christmas contest prize with Marc: the plan is to test-print a design, then make a set of three in different colours if it works well.
Adam explains how the contest encourages listener conversation, with entries for making contact and sharing stories, jokes or questions. He goes over the holiday bonuses for decorating disasters, Christmas food opinions and dramatically delivered complaints, with a maximum of four entries per message or call, and explains why listener contact will reach the show later while episodes are prerecorded.
